All you need to do is download, print, fill in the blanks per our discussion via email / phone, and send back to me via mail or email.
We only ask for a 33% deposit to get on the calendar for events 2000.00 and under.
Or a 25% deposit for events over 2000.00 and the rest isn't due until 1 week before the event.

If paying on Venmo or Paypal please include your name, email, and date of the event in notes
Once the deposit has cleared and the contract has been received and approved, you will be put in our system and be sent a username and password for our online planning portal.
At that point, absolutely nothing else is due until the big day!
